Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges Reservation and Payment: 

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment, which is due at the time of booking or upon check-in. A valid photo ID is required at check-in. 

Room Policies: 

Standard occupancy per room is 2 Adults. Children below 7 years are allowed at no extra cost.

Additional Adults will be Charged extra. 

Outsiders, including friends, relatives, and others, will not be allowed to enter the room except on special occasions or as specified. 

Smoking is prohibited inside the room; however, all rooms feature a balcony where smoking is allowed. 

Guests carrying alcohol with a valid license shall be at their own risk, and they will make sure that the same is consumed within the room and not in common areas of the property. 

Pets are not allowed unless otherwise specified.

Damages and Liability: 

The resort management shall not be held responsible for any injuries, loss of belongings, or unfortunate incidents during the guest's stay.  

Car parking is at Owner's Risk. The resort has ample free parking space for Guests.

Illegal activities not permissible in the Indian Court of Laws is Strictly Prohibited in the Resort.

Miscellaneous:

The resort reserves the right to admission and service. All disputes are subject to Vadgaon (Maval) jurisdiction only. 

We believe in creating a tranquil and enjoyable environment for all our guests. To ensure a peaceful and pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly request that playing loud music, engaging in indecent behavior, or causing nuisance to others within the resort premises is strictly not allowed. Your cooperation in adhering to this policy will contribute to a harmonious and delightful stay for all.
